Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to geriatric patients. Demonstrates leadership abilities by functioning as a professional role model.
Complies with all regulatory agencies’ standards in daily work activities (OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, etc).
Complies with all hospital policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, standards of attendance, dress code, mandatory meetings, and required staff meetings/in-services as required.
Assessments: Demonstrates the ability to appropriately assess patient head to toe upon admission and each shift, identifies changes in patient’s condition, takes appropriate actions and documents findings, and identifies realistic goals for patient care plans.
Always treats patients and/or family with dignity and respect.
Graduate from approved school of nursing with current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of AR.
Current certification in CPR (American Heart Association).
Able to communicate effectively with patients, physicians and hospital personnel.
Shift: Full-time, nights
Eligible for sign-on bonus.
