Assist pharmacist in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory and maintaining records. Provides pharmaceutical care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, psychiatric, obstetric, and rehabilitation patients.
Complies with all legal and accreditation requirements relevant to the organization; complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards of the organization.
Fills unit dose carts accurately and timely.
Fills Omnicells accurately and according to correct procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent. Pharmacist Assistant with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. Must be able to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations. Must be able to meet the pharmaceutical needs pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, psychiatric, obstetric and rehabilitation patients.
