The Business Office at North Metro Medical Center is a vital part of our team. It manages all financial aspects of a patient’s hospitalization. It offers direct benefit to our patients through its services. By managing all financial aspects of a patient’s hospitalization, the Business Office serves as a link between the patient and the hospital for the non-medical services.
General Billing Information
Staff in the North Metro Medical Business Office are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Your Hospital Bill
The hospital will submit the bills to your insurance company and will do everything possible to expedite your claim. Your bill reflects all of the services you receive during any hospital stay, or outpatient service. You may have certain tests or treatments in the hospital, and may receive a bill from physicians you did not see in person. These bills are for professional services rendered by these physicians in diagnosing and interpreting test results while you were a patient.
Financial Counselors
We have several payment options available to assist you in paying your bill. Financial Counselors are available to answer questions about your bill and to assist you in developing a payment plan. You can contact a Financial Counselor by calling (501) 985-7000.
