Endoscopy Lab
Endoscopy services focus on the human digestive system and diseases that affect it. Related concerns may be constipation, Chrohn’s disease, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, liver disease, gall bladder problems, esophagitis or gastritis, and ulcerative colitis. Procedures performed in the Endoscopy Lab are generally done on an outpatient basis and do not require anesthesia.
Screening colonoscopies are recommended for anyone who has a family history of colon cancer. Appointments for screening colonoscopies can be made through your Primary Care Physician.
