The Nutritional Services department provides appetizing and nutritious food to patients, visitors, employees and the community. Guidelines for the nutritional care of our patients were adopted from the USDA Food Guide and the American Dietetic Association’s Manual of Clinical Dietetics. Our dietitians are registered with the American Dietetic Association and are licensed by the state of Arkansas. They provide individualized education to inpatients and outpatients as well as providing nutritional screenings and assessments. They are available to present topics of interest for support groups and community organizations.

11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Dinner
5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
